Well long story short, basically I need to make this image appear as though it has been drawn on Isometric paper (3d looking). Anyone know which program can do this?

I'm not sure what you mean by isometic paper...but if you want it 3d, you can use Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. First use photoshop to cut out the background and make it transparent, then use the emboss/3-d features on photoshop or illustrator. if you don't know how, message me and i can help you out (or possibly do it for you because I have those programs if it doesn't take too long)

3Ds max or Maya will do that, if you need any help I can help in that case.
