Ever heard of the saying "Closing the gate after the horse has bolted"? That's basically what you've suggested, How will a firewall help him when he already has shit on his computer? As suggested in previous posts, spyware removal tools are what you are after. Just a follow up to Roy's post, he didn't mean get all three of those anti virus programs, at least i hope he didn't..
