Ok I just became a support leader this week and I was wondering about the novice system. I haven't gotten one yet. I was wondering if it has to do with how long you have been a support leader. Like do you have to have been one for about a month or something? Sorry about wasting your time but I am really lost here. In that area that is.

I think it's random. Some times I'll get like 30 a week, and sometimes I'll get 4.

When I first became a SL, it took me a while for some to show up. You'll get some eventually, don't worry about it.

I think it's random. Sometimes I think it depends on the amount of people who create an account with LiveWire. That's probably something that Dave or one of the mods can answer. Sorry.

From what I understand the novices are distributed at random to any of the support leaders online at the time the novice joins LiveWire. Each support leader has an equal chance to become that novice's Support leader. The less support leaders online the greater your chance is of getting a new novice.

Novices are given to the Support Leader who was most recently active.

As I recall, it was about a week after becoming a support leader that I recieved my first novice.

The novice thing came along after I became a support leader I think. But when it first started I had loads of new novices all the time. But now I only get a few every so often. As others said, it's random I think.
