Ok I need a loan for about $10,000 I am just doing a Community College. I have no co-signer. My credit is there but its not up there because I am only 19. Any advice? I have applied for grants and things but I dont qualify because my step dad and my Mom make almost $200k a year. So there goes that! Anyone have any ideas?

Can you parents not co-sign for you???? If you are going to a community college, it can't be that much a year!! I went to a community college for 3 years and my tuition was $800 a semester.
Did you file a FAFSA??? Even though your parents make that amount, you should always file a FAFSA just to be on the safe side. Good luck!!! =D

You should be able to get the loan through a local bank. The bank will be your cosigner. Also your origination fee will be 0% if you do it through Commerce or Bank of America. I suggest going through the bank. They do a great job or guiding you through the process.

i have bank of america and they told me that i need a cosigner. So i'm not exactly sure what it is, but I know they definitely said that you needed a cosigner

What about the financial aid or just plain financial office at the community college?  Have you asked them what options they have for student loans?  You might not need a co-signer for a student loan, but I'm not really sure.

Your only option would be to take out student loans. If your parents don't claim you as a dependent anymore you can apply for financial aid but you would have to be considered independent.
