There are 12 Peer Support Leaders active right now according to the resources page, so that means there should be more than enough around. But as I have a look in the eHelp centre, I find one with only two replies, from two days ago! I haven't been here for two days, so you can't put the blame on me, but when I see the amount of SL's active over 10 in this day alone at this time alone, why is it still difficult to see if any of them actually do enough in the eHelp area? We all got a message from David about the matter once before, and I can't really push it on any of you to actually make replies in there, but all we need right now is 25% to put constant effort into it, and 8.3% putting effort into that request I was whining about. Do most of you guys feel not worthy enough to make replies, but worthy enough to keep your title or something? Only moderators have the best excuse for this, and I even see them reply.

I know what you mean.I try to answer as many eHelps,I can. But when I see me and one other person replie to the eHelp,I start wondering when someone else will answer.

I know i feel guilty about this too. I must admit i do try to find some words for every reply. If however, i feel that i cannot say anything good enough in the reply, i wont post it. Sometimes if the member leaves their name - i will pm them the things i thought. I dont want to post an un-helpful reply or something i cant offer much advice on because i know nothing about. So i hold my hands up and say maybe i could do more, i do see a few names repeated throughout almost every topic sent it. I am not going to pick out names or start asking people why, but i have seen a few names who are SL not contribute to a topic for a while. I know people cant get on everyday or may have their own problems, but it leads me to think maybe a small handful just want the title. But im not in that boat to judge because i should do more too.

I only reply to ones I know I can help with. And I try and avoid certain ones at the moment because of my current situation. I know what you mean though.
