Yes you can. First, on uTorrent, go to Options-> Preferences, click on "Advanced" in the list, and find this line: "bt.prio_first_last_piece", click on it, and set it to "true". Probably because they're WMV files, possibly avi, and because you already had the first and last pieces, and probably most of the rest of it as well.
