i know no file is really deleted but how do i access those files?

no they arent. just google it, i forget the name of the prog but you should d/l and install it before you plan on deleting stuff because if you do it after then theres a chance that the deleted stuff will be overwritten and youll never get it back

btw to everyone who doesnt know anything about computers, files are never "deleted" off your hard drive. theyre dropped off the grid so they cant be referenced like they normally would be therefore allowing the computer to overwrite them.

After enough writes/re-writes, they do get deleted.
