i was just wondering do you girl work out while you're having your period? i never do mainly cause i feel like i don't have enough energy or maybe i'm just looking for an excuse to be lazy and not work out. i just wanna know if it's okay/healthy?? thanks

it's totally fine to work out while you're on your period. if anything, it's better, because the physical activity can help you relieve the extra stress you may be feeling, or it can help get rid of cramps. although it is nice to have an excuse to be extra bitchy and lazy once in a while.

Its perfectly fine to work-out while on your period. It can also be good for you. If you get bad cramps running or working out can help to get rid of them. And working-out is a good way to get rid of stress!

I agree with DESKPOWER, working out on you're mucles will prevent cramping pains.
