I only used one refrigerator not two! He is just a grouchy old man who used my money to clean his ratty old house! Should I consult a lawyer? Those cost money you know. Is it worth it? He took 300 dollars from me basically. He said he had to deodorize it. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you guys agree to the terms of an agreement and that you take the legal steps to make sure you are charged fairly. Which you did not do.
