I think there should be a specific page regarding 'getting help.' It should really up-talk the eHelp system.

I see people ranting and closing there accounts because they 'didn't get support in the forums.' I can't help but think that these people may of never even made eHelps. I think it would help if there where more links to eHelp.

In over 2 years here, I've never made an eHelp, and recently found myself wondering how the fuck I do that. I was surprised to find it was through that little 'Emergency Help' sign. I always figured that was just a list of support lines.

I think in 'My account' there should be a link to a the same page.

I also think that whenever you're making a topic in a Support Forum, there should be a little reminder that says something like 'Might this be a situation of an eHelp?' and it should link to the new eHelp form.

I think a lot of people are missing out on support due to going to the forums and not bothering with eHelp in some situations.
