** What is Paranoia? -Paranoia is a personality disorder characterized by a distrust of others and a constant suspicion that people around you have sinister motives. ** How to know if some1 suffers such a disease? 1-People with this disorder tend to have excessive trust in their own knowledge and abilities and usually avoid close relationships. 2-They search for hidden meanings in everything and read hostile intentions into the actions of others. 3-They are quick to challenge the loyalties of friends and loved ones and often appear cold and distant. 4-They usually shift blame to other people and tend to carry long grudges **Treatment :- -Treatment is difficult because people with this condition are often extremely suspicious of doctors. If accepted, medications and talk therapy can both be effective. **Complications:- •Extreme social isolation •Potential for violence hope it's useful
