Agreed. I'm a little on the fence about UFO's, though. Sure, you see it a lot on TV. But, you really can't trust what you see on the boob tube these days. Gotta see it with your own two eyes. Actually, I have seen a UFO now that I think about it. I swear on my life, back a couple years I was on a camping trip and we (about 100 people) were out in a big open field and this weird ship-like thing flew about 200 feet over us. It was huge, too. I'm a Jew.  (Notice that I didn't give my opinion one way or the other on the religious / Bible issue but I'm sure there are plenty of counterarguments to your arguments against the Bible; nonetheless, your points don't discount the possibilty of an intelligent G-d)  And I'm not trying to prove my conclusion as to extraterrestrial life.  Like I said, people commonly draw conclusions without proof, and that is not necessarily a bad thing.  I am just trying to see if this poster would try to be consistent with his logic given his past arguments against an intelligent G-d.  Hopefully this makes sense--I'm typing this on my phone. As for aliens, the general term meaning alien lifeform would apply. but the pop culture aliens with green skin and huge black eyes is probably just giving materialization to an abstract concept.
