Then try it, if you still can't, then, well, idk, lol. Maybe get a new PC? Seriously, I have no idea what could be causing the Jumper-Free settings to be disabled, other than corrupt/outdated BIOS, or non-compatible hardware. Which the 2800 is compatible with your mobo.
