well if you're 14, you would be in 7th or 8th grade in the US.. so that would be middle/jr high. and secondary school is also a name for middle/jr high

for those not in the us... In most cases: age 6-12 = elementary school 12-15 = middle/jr high school 15-18 = high school

UK most cases Primary school 4-11 secondary scool 11-16-18 Because at 16 we get the chois to go to college or stay in school

Year 10 and upwards in England would count as High School. And I'm in university.
