He will be responsible for creating new contests, collaborating with other members on contests, making sure the Contests pages is updated in a timely fashion, and that LiveWire always has a variety of cool ways to use and earn Reward Points. Circa was chosen because he received the most overall points out of three categories: My judgment of his application, the mods' judgment of his application (without knowing his identity), and the members' votes for his contest idea, the Visual Lyrics Contest (which won by an overwhelming majority). For more specific details, see the spreadsheet below.  Note that this sheet is not in the same order as the contestants you voted for in the previous Announcement.  The "Entry #" field shows which number corresponded to which member.
