Ugh, should people be making the same eHelps over and over within a week or less time? I went anon so I don't sound silly. But my question is important.

If you feel you need to, then do.

i think sometimes people do it because they feel there may be better answers sometimes... it doesn't really work though!

I don't really think so...there are a few of them that are made over every month or so. I guess they really need help and so maybe that's why they post them again??? I don't know.

the latest eHelp was sent last week, wonder why it's there again? Spamming? It's exact the same word by word.

I really don't think that topics (eHelps or on the forums) should be made as duplicates. If they want more help then that's fine, but add more information. If your first topic didn't give you enough info then bump the topic or change it to ask something else (because if your topic didn't get you the answers you wanted, the problem inlays more in how the topic/eHelp was worded than in the people replying).

If it's exactly the same, word for word, then I vote to delete. If it's a continuation of, or new ideas, or just the same issue rephrased, then I leave it.
