How do I get thick thighs? Not flabby or muscular but big and gorgeous. If anyone has seen Sean Pauls dancers they are the perfect example. Or beyonce like.

Cheerleaders have thighs like that. I would say squats aswell.

Not only and i disgusted with ur question but i feel like i am that much dumber for even takign time to answer it think about it its not a thing they do they dont go and work their hips out they just are that way i dont understand why u would want to be like them be urself sont be like the dancers cause what r u doign with ur self just following no screw that be uself not someone else.

I can't really understand what ur trying to say other than being myself. I do want to be myself, just a more enhanced version, and the only people I thought that resembled to where I want to get to, is sean pauls dancers.

Try... 3x10 Squats 3x10 Lunges 6x10 Leg curls 3x10 Leg raises 5x5 Heavy calf raises Than.. on your off days.. Run the track at your local park. Mix sprints up with long distance cardio and running stairs. Don't look at this regimen like something you have to do right now..because I'll admit, that's a workout I won't even do. Instead, look it like, something you're going to do at the very end, when you're at the pinnacle of your training. Anyway, I hope that helped and good luck with your training.
