It removes them from your computer, but it doesn't prevent them from coming back to my understanding. People say that you can't 'make' yourself look much different/better than you normally are, but I think all that working out must do something. It doesn't even matter what sport it is, they are all just about perfectly in shape. And they all have such amazing bodies. Kinda disproves all the people that say you can't get to a certain size just by working out :) No beer bellies on the guys or girls, everyone's so fit.
