Wade should be overturned because it supersedes state's rights and was not actual congressional legislation. For this thread, let's hypothetically argue how a state based abortion policy would work. What would force states to adopt standard safe procedures? Couldn't someone just go to another state to get an abortion? I'm sure there are a lot of other problems. Discuss.
