They asked for further help, but the original post was anonymous and so when they wrote feedback it was STILL anonymous. I have no way to contact this person with my advice because the "Written Feedback" message is automatic and can't be replied to. If it helps with my issue, I know that this "Anonymous" is a member because he/she specifically described his/herself as an "Anonymous Member". If there is a way to get back to this person, let me know! That was enough for them to PM me, so I could talk to them. In fact, I was just about to post and ask whether htat was possible - evidently it is, and it's probably the best option, unless there was something else that you felt shouldn't be talked about where other people could read it. They'd get notified about it - the only difference is that it wouldn't be private.
