K I helped someone in eHelp and they wrote back saying my advice was helpful but that there was more to the problem than they originally posted. They asked for further help, but the original post was anonymous and so when they wrote feedback it was STILL anonymous. I have no way to contact this person with my advice because the "Written Feedback" message is automatic and can't be replied to.

If it helps with my issue, I know that this "Anonymous" is a member because he/she specifically described his/herself as an "Anonymous Member".

If there is a way to get back to this person, let me know!

Thanks!

No, sadly, there is no way.  When a member posts anonymously, that's that unless they decide to contact you under their actual name.

Anon eHelps are hidden even from the mods.
The only ways you can find out would be to either post this in the hopes that they see it and reply, or post again in their eHelp telling them to PM you properly

Anonymous is always a member. Guest is guest. User is user.

Unfortunately, there's no way to get to them at all. They would have to PM you to reveal who they are.

You can't. That's why we need the messages/pages asking for feedback to warn about that.

In the past, I've responded to the eHelp again, stating they are anonymous, and there is no way for me to contact them, and then answering the questions they asked me (in your case, adding more to the reply). That was enough for them to PM me, so I could talk to them. I suppose that's always an option, but I would use it very, very sparingly.

^^ I've done the same as Shayla - replied to the ehelp again explaining what the problem is and asking them to PM me. Sometimes it's worked, other times it hasn't. It's worth a shot.

mhm, I would reply to it again. In fact, I was just about to post and ask whether htat was possible - evidently it is, and it's probably the best option, unless there was something else that you felt shouldn't be talked about where other people could read it. They'd get notified about it - the only difference is that it wouldn't be private.
