K so what do you do when someone is pretty much doing the equivalent of "spamming" on eHelp? I am not going to name names, but *someone* posted that they had a certain story about what was going on in his/her life but then posted like two days later saying he/she had a completely different story that overlapped (falsely) with his/her previous story. Both posts have received help and it doesn't seem fair that someone can come on and be obnoxious and actually wast Support Leaders' time by getting sincere responses while he/she is laughing at all of us for taking him/her seriously! It just seems like a rape of the system...

Unless it's clearly lying, we shouldn't take the risk. Oh, and naming names is the only way things will get done, in the long run.

Bummer... And after I sent this I guess I already came up with a good reason in my head... Other people can go and read the eHelp system and don't know who sent what, so if they happen to have the same question it might be beneficial. It's almost as if we answer every question for tons of people and not just one, I guess... Thanks for the response though...

If someone is spamming the eHelp, PM a mod to take care of it.

We've conferred and I checked it out.

...and? Is there any particular member we should be looking out for?
