This forum is pretty inactive though. I fill out the novice welcome message with a little bit of "Hello I'm Adam I'm your support leader" etc. I occasionally get a friend invite from one of mine, i always like to accept. We only get a new topic maybe once a day, or even once every couple of days, so there isn't a lot to talk about. I don't do anything with my novices, I'm not quite sure what I'm supposed to do. I ran a contest once, but it wasn't very active. Novices? I scan through the list every so often to see if any are online, and if they are, I generally message them to say hello and just check everything's all right.
