As a sort of "HEY LOOK AT ME" message, to let other SL's know that that eHelp shouldn't be there. Comprende?

But if it's a naughty eHelp then it deserves a good thrashing. Just like disobedient members need thrashing as well, so much that their names get all bruisy and brown... thrash thrash eHelps.
