If you live in college dorms and noticed at like midnight on a weekend that this one girl you sort of know, stummbling into the dorm building.  If you thought she needed some assistance or help, but didnt want to get her in trouble, would you ask if shes ok?? Despite if she made some stupid choices that night, we ourselves don't need to make the stupid choice and leave her vulnerable to someone who could seriously hurt her. And what if she was hurt? You'd feel pretty damn guilty if you knew that you could have done something.
