I played soccer for quite awhile but stopped in high school to focus on grades and be in the choir and on the debate team but next fall i will be attending college and i really want to get back into soccer and i had the school send me information about their soccer team but what my real question is what kind of things can i do to help get myself in shape? i plan on joining the local ymca but i dont really know what else to do as far as work out plans go

i dont have anyone to practice with i need like work out plans like should i do cardio and weight lifting or what

go run suicides and hill sprints. That'll get you in shape real fast
