WinRAR. It says it's a free trail but it's never ran out for me. lol. XD

Um... XP/Vista both have built-in support for zip files.

That said, use 7zip. Much better, and has support for practically everything. Free, of course, unsure if it's opensource or not.

Sometimes 7-zip acts weird with some ones split into segments and shit.
