Im trying to install a japanese language pack so its not like im installing a computer game. But even if i ask my parents say no and windows child locks is the only thing i dont know how to get past. I can get past mcaffe on my computer but not windows, can any one help me? a little note, dont send me to a site to download an executable file, most of the time that doesn't work because i get stopped at execution.
