The longer they make it, the more detail, as a rule of thumb. I haven't seen to many, but I already have seen a 'zomg prego' one, so thats it. The title said "I'm in the hospital." Then when you opened it the only thing it said was "me." Don't ask why I found it so funny, but needless to say it was deleted right away.
