Obviously it's not a straight banning for PBM, as there are members like Blue Automatic, who is obviously RedRevolver. So are they allowed to return, and their conduct is under scrutiny? I believe that they are aloud to come back. I mean, it's obvious. But i also believe that if they do act up, start spamming or something, they get banned easier than other members. In most cases, we don't ban just for being a PBM, though we will put the conduct of members who have been banned under far closer scrutiny than others. When looking at who to allow back, we look at why they were banned, their record before that, how sincere they appear to be, if they've been let back before...all sorts of stuff. We make the decision strictly on a case-by-case basis.
