It tried to block Notepad on me when I had it. o_O You should screw Norton, get Kasperky, it's hard to obtain illegally though you'll have the folk out £100 atleast.

Well.. In the picture below it shows you an overview: http://www.symantec.com/en/uk/norton/products/compare.jsp As you can see.. both Norton 360 and Norton Internet Security have the same anti virus protection.. well otherwise if they had different that would be kinda silly.. Norton 360 just has extra facilities. These facilities are nothing to do with protecting your computer from viruses but keeping your computer running perfectly by tuneup and optimizing performance by getting rid of temporary files and other things that can slow down your computer.. Norton 360 can also organise backups. I suggest that if you only want the anti virus protection then just paying out for Norton Internet Security would be better on your pocket. But if you want backups made and a program that makes your computer run as good as it can then i would suggest Norton 360, hoped this helped.

Get Avast or AVG. Norton misses viruses, slows down your computer, and just isn't worth the money. Avast and AVG are better, more comprehensive, and best of all, are entirely free. I'd definitely recommend Avast! or AVG. Both are free, have very good coverage, and are easy to use. I've used Avast for a few years, and never had any problems, and my brother is the same with AVG. They're both excellent. A heck of a lot better with Norton. I used to have Norton, and it A) didn't catch a few viruses and B) ended up being a nightmare trying to uninstall it.
