Also, as this was a clickable link, it may be a phishing file, which basically either sends you to a fake site, or places a keystroke recorder on your computer in order to steal your passwords and other information. Your best bet is to first go back to a save point your computer has created, and then change all of your passwords. Try running windows defender.
