I like it.

Very clean, simple and to the point. I love it. Maybe for like a logo at the bottom of your site, decrease the size by about 75% and loose the text on the bottom. That'd be awesome. If you need any coding help, let me know.

Footer

I like the colors.  But the 'P' in your logo is almost .. unrecognizable.  I would either create a more recognizable one, or use a very clean font, possible with serifs.. you could probably get away sans serifs if you warp it a little.

Other than that, kudos.  Oh, your logo is a lot better than the footer, which could use a little more brainstorming.

Myself, I believe it is a little too big.  Often you can get away with a footer utilizing plain fonts.  Garamond or Helvatica would probably look nice.

Good Job!  It's very clean and easy to read.  Very professional!

Now, because you asked, I am going to be nit-picky:
I can see what you were trying to do with the bottom line of text forming sort of a triangle shape with the rest of the logo but I don't think you need to do that.  My suggestion would be to bring the character tracking (space in between) back down to line up with the second 's' in 'studios.'

Also, I feel you don't need to whole swoosh and 'P' thing at the top.  Your logo is very big and spaced out (which is good for print and sign making but a lot harder to deal with for the web).  Maybe just make the 'P' in 'PROTONIC' fancy?

im lost with what you said about the spacing on the bottom line of text. do u want him to make it wider or more narrow? and yes i agree with whoever pointed out that the p was somewhat difficult to see

I'm pretty sure he means decrease the tracking(less spacing).

And I really like that logo.  Nice and simple, but still has style to it.

I really like it, it looks cool and it gets your websites point across.

I like the whole theme but I think you should contract the 'positive charged studios' at the bottom so it isn't out of line with the emlem. Otherwise it's pretty cool!
