I've been really down lately. My schoolwork has been really bad and I'm afraid i'll lose my scholarship by next year where things are  going to get more expensive. I'm barely able to pay off going to school now. Whenever I have an opportunity to work I just feel really tired and don't want to do anything. My loud suitemates keep me from concentrating and going to sleep at my usual times, yet I don't really want to confront them. I'm always worrying and dreading the next day because it means more work or more errands to run. My car was also recently stolen. I can't sleep at night but feel extremely drowsy in the early evenings. Whenever I have free time to just relax, the things that used to relax me like videogames or TV, just don't seem to do anything anymore. All this has made me feeling constantly down and it feels like I can't ever be happy again. How do I teach myself to just relax again? I'm sorry if this sounds all incoherent, I just felt really bad and wanted to quickly jot down all my thoughts as to why I'm unhappy.

Yeah, I understand everyone probably goes through something like this but it'd sure be nice to find a way to relax and unwind so I can not feel like crap all the time. I just can't stop myself from thinking and worrying.
