You might be able to use the same method you install Windows on it to get it to work though. -- Posted by pleaseremove at 2:27 am on Feb. 22, 2008 I don't believe you can install the compatibility pack on the Intel machines. OS 9 and OS X are completely different in every other way unlike windows OS's. Thats why it's harder to emulate them. And the switch to Intel made it even harder. But to answer the OP's question, no you can't run OS 9 programs unless you have a Power PC Mac which has been discontinued a long time ago. And comparing 3.1 and Vista to OS9 and OS 10.... lol, because that's fair...
