Let's make a list of all the companies that offer online applications.

I've been called back by Sears & Shop N' Save, so I think they do work.

I've got 3 jobs before from applying online. Maybe the application's not the problem...maybe it's you.

For the most part, most large companies will have online applications.  It's easier for them to process, especially with so many stores across a country or something.

Haha, my bf applied for Best Buy via online.  They never called him, so he went into the store and spoke with the manager.  They got him in interview immediately, and then hired him before the interview was even over... So I dunno, I can't say I completely trust online applications either :P.
