I am good with computers and have wireshark and can work around the command prompt. I just need some tips on how to access his computer through our wireless network and turn the volume down on his computer, or just delete all his music! I was thinking something a bit stealthy. After posting this I just went and hit the switch on the breaker. It's a band-aid solution because once he finds the switch he'll switch it back on and then play the music again. I'm a student so i move out in a few months.
