Alright AVG looks like this: It says "Change" under Result/Infection? Should I be worried about this?

what are they things they are saying you should change?

I'm not really sure. It says no threats found yet in bold at the bottom, so maybe you're in the clear.

If it's not red and requesting to repair the files you should be fine. AVG is just one answer though, and is saying "These files have been altered" So consider uninstalling AVG and installing a different antivirus to scan with. Get another programs point of view. I would suggest Windows Live OneCare, I've been using it for about 4 months now registered.
