If a girl worked out to the point that she threw up in the college gym, what would you think of her? "Ew, gross" or feel bad for her? Assume she is out of shape? Or that she pushed herself too hard? And would you help her?

I'd say she pushed herself too hard.

Never heard that kind of thing before. O_O

Just that she pushed her self too hard. No, i would not walk up to her.

that she is exercising too much

Help her what, puke some more? Clean it up? Uh, no.

A combination of all four. And I'd probably alert someone and get her to sit down.

I'd feel bad for her but assume nothing else. I don't know if I'd go help her out though, maybe I would.

I would leave, and cancel my membership to that gym

She'd probably throw up from dehydration. I'd think she was stupid for pushing herself too hard, and not drinking any water or other electrolyte source.

Pushed too hard, and maybe suspect eating disorder. I would try and see if she was okay.

I'd think she'd worked herself too hard. I would approach her if she looked like she needed help but otherwise I'd leave her so as not to embarrass her.

i would assume she pushed herself too hard, and i would try to help her

She obviously had to be pushing herself out of shape.

Id go and help her, make sure she was hydrated, stop her passing out etc. You never now, you might get a realtionship out of it.

id feel bad for her
-- Posted by albinna at 12:25 pm on Mar. 16, 2008
i would feel bad for her and i would definetly help her

pushed herself too hard i know i can get near that point sometimes but i allways stop before that. someties i feel like reachig that point but it would just be worse
-- Posted by Northstar at 12:26 pm on Mar. 16, 2008
I would think she over-worked herself. I would probably go up and help. Or at least ask if she's alright.
-- Posted by carnage44 at 12:26 pm on Mar. 16, 2008
Help her with what? Everybody throws up in the gym when they do really heavy dead lifts or squats. I would probably give her a high-five.
-- Posted by sile at 12:29 pm on Mar. 16, 2008
I would presume she worked herself too hard and i'd help her
-- Posted by DefaultTo0 at 12:30 pm on Mar. 16, 2008
Has she done this purposefully? Or was it a non-intended side-effect?
-- Posted by notzb02 at 12:30 pm on Mar. 16, 2008
she worked a tad bit too hard, and that she should go sit down. I might help her if she's not infected with some alien spore or something.

Well it's happened at our practices at the gym before... it's like really hot in a non-airconditioned gym in August and then we run like crazy.... people have passed out even. our coach is crazy. SJ

it could be alot of diff reasons why she puked.
-- Posted by TheAntiBarbie at 12:36 pm on Mar. 16, 2008
I'd assume that she pushed herself too far. I wouldn't go talk to her or anything like that, I wouldn't want someone bothering me if I was in the situation.
-- Posted by PhoenixFire613 at 12:53 pm on Mar. 16, 2008
I would feel sorry for her and assume she pushed herself too hard, and of course I'd help her.

I would think that she was pretty dedicated in what she is trying to do.

I'd be impressed.
