I'm the new assistant manager and I just can't seem to stop being so awkward around them. The make jokes and I don't laugh, or if I do it's very fake. They try and talk to me, and I don't know how all of a sudden. It's like walking on eggshells. To me it's just a job. One of my managers is a total bitch... when she bitches at me I just roll my eyes and laugh... and there is another manager I'm like... really good friends with and talk trash with about the bitch manager...
