The cents add up.   Say you get $257.97 for one pack check. Well if you have three cents in a coin jar, stick it in your account and you now have $300 from just three pennies. Once, I was starving, my parents were out of the country so I could get no help, my bad credit meant I could not get a loan, and I found six pennies, the day before I was to get my paycheck. By buying a penny candy (a five cent piece of chocolate), I was able to stave off hunger until I got my paycheck. Pennies are not worthless! Have a hundred of them lying around and you have a dollar! They scare people away from from murder with the death penalty, so do the same here. The government seem to be able to make people believe anything. Whatever the government say, people have to live by, that seems like a dictatorship to me.
