It's a flaw in Safari, not the OS. You could do it faster with IE. No system is perfect.

Preloaded with OS, and could not use non-preloaded software to do it.  Many Mac users are using Safari.

So? Thats beside the point. The flaw is not within the kernel or the OS itself. Mac OS X as a whole is more secure than windows by far. A browser exploit is hardly surprising. Flaws exist within IE, Firefox, Opera, etc. A flaw in IE is not a windows flaw.
