I have a picture with the dimensions of 1632 x 1224 i want to decrease the size but still keep every part of the picture how do you do this?

If you have photoshop, go to image > image size > click the constrain proportions box and enter in the new image size.

www.imageshack.us upload it there and select resize. that'll be the easiest thing to do for you

Open it up in Paint. go to image >> stretch/skew Where it says 100% type in a new percentage. keep the percentages the same. Save as jpg.
