CTRL and click the newspaper to get like the highest level of a job.. CTRL and click the people for other stuff.. remember don't click like the kill me ones.. On some.. what is useful is a new born baby.. ctrl and click it.. click make selectable.. then do that again so it appears again thing.. then u can max its needs as well.. i always do this.. lock the baby in a room and just keep it needs maxed.. so much easier i do that till they r toddler =] so yes go play around with the cheat..
