If it's showing "Cyclic Redundancy Error" (like it has for me a few times), then it's some weird copy-protection shit that they have put onto the DVD. I haven't tried in a while, so I forget exactly what the problem was. It's a software issue, I know that. Definitely not something wrong with the drive or the DVD itself.
