Im 22 yr old guy but i look young, at around 16. My colleages, who are way older than me, 35-50, always joke about how young i look. Im ok with it but they can be quite mean sometimes, like saying "no children allowed". It sucks but i dont really care, i still get along with them pretty well.

That sucks. Do you have facial hair? Maybe it would make you look older

Thats not good your colleagues being mean to you. At least you look young though, thats a good thing right?

Unfortunately that's "real life" after college. The office is full of characters who find fault with the new kid even if it's their youth. Just be glad you'll be around longer than they will!

I'm 20 and I look like I'm 12. People are constantly asking me if a co-worker of mine is my mother or father, and sometimes they look at me as if I can't be trusted with their financial transactions. Believe me, I know how it feels to look young!

Same here. I'm 24 but they say I look 16. I'm a teacher, by the way, and nobody believes that.
