-- Posted by its only me at 2:33 am on April 16, 2008 Ok so ive had braces for a year or so now. Not 'train tracks'. ive had the removable one. Up until yesterday i just had one on my top teeth but when i went to the orthadontist yesterday he gave me a bottom one aswell which is made to line my jaw up or something. Anyway since then ive eaten very little and struggled to talk. The bottom one doesnt stay  in place like the top one does and moves everytime i move my mouth which obviously doesnt help with eating. i was jw if any of you guys have had a removable bottom brace and if you'd be able to tell me whether or not it gets better? or anything i could do to stop it moving..do i need to go back to the orthadontist? Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, wasnt quite sure where it fit best
