You see something happened when I was little and the memories have been brought back from an incident and now its now very hard to sleep. I don't feel safe and the only way I can sleep is if there is someone in the room that i totally trust i can sleep for about 20 mins and then i start dreaming and i have to wake up because of what i see. The only time i have totally slept is when i was sleeping on someone which is my boyfriend. It is really difficult and I don't know what to do.
