I have panic attacks every single time I talk to this one person and act weird around him so you think maybe I should just stop talking to him? Because I feel really depressed and awful after I talk to him, like I've been sucked into a black hole of depression. He scares me.

Are you sure they're actual panic attacks?

Why would you doubt that? I can't breathe and feel so nervous I shake.

wow... that's probably not a good person to hang around with then... generally you hang out with people that make you happy

It's a logical question to ask, everyone says they have panic attacks anymore and yet few of them have been diagnosed. How am I to know you're not confusing nervousness with having a panic attack?

Well he scares me because he's popular and I am the flowers on the wallpaper. I'm afraid he'll make me talk to someone I don't want to or talk to everyone in school that he knows about what a creep I am.

Anyways, those symptoms are no different from the ones people have when they're nervous. Just watch someone when they get up to speak in front of a crowd, watch their hands - they're shaking. Their heart is also beating faster than normal which makes it hard to breathe. It sounds to me like you're just nervous, I've never heard of someone having a panic attack when around one particular person for no reason/just because they're popular. I have, however, seen people get nervous. But maybe I'm wrong.
