I plan on applying for Horse Science Technology in the fall. I'm not sure if I should apply now, or if there are scheduled times to do so. Do I need riding experience to join that program? Am I to late to apply for financial aid? If not, will I still be charged a late fee even if the aid is on its way?

This is stuff I should probably ask them, but I'd rather as you all first.

Ask them and find out.

You should be able to apply now, and you're not too late for financial aid(See www.fasfa.ed.gov)

I'm not sure about your college but at my university they you have until the end of the semesters to pay.

Call them and get started, now.

Financial aid usually depends on the school, and state (for the state grant).

For my school, all financial aid stuff needed to be done by april first, though the 'actual' deadline for the state grant is May 1st.

It would probably help to have riding experience, but it may not be an issue, depending on the focus of the program.  Is it medical, or riding based?  Or more about management?

Most community colleges have a rolling admission, meaning you can apply at any time and can register for classes at any time.  register as early as can to ensure that you get the classes you want.
