I like excersize but LOVE it more in a sport. Sports gives me a chance to cut loose and get mucky =)

I run a lot, I don't really consider it exercise as I like doing it and it's a habit from soccer.

I mean I guess the other reasons could apply, but that's not WHY I do it, just the results lol.

I try to run and get to the gym but it's hard with a busy schedule.  What really keeps me motivated is how much better I feel.  I could definitely stand to tone up a little - it would help with how I look - but the no. 1 priority for me is feeling healthy.

I try to do it six times a week (but not this week, as im sick as a dog)  Reason I do its because that i want to have a good body and feel good about my self
